Marble is the most elegant of the natural stones. Its main use today is in bathroom vanities, tub decks, shower walls and flooring. Since Marble is softer than Granite, it is not as worry free. It is less stain resistant than Granite and it should be treated almost like fine quality wood surfaces.

Spills should be wiped up as soon as possible. Marble is also susceptible to stains from citric acids, alcohol and oils.
